This is the meaning of emptiness.

Given the mind and the body to arrive
Struck down by an accident in his prime,
This is the meaning of pain.
A woman meant to serve, content in her simplicity.
Baking bread and cooking are her fondest dreams.
Treated to nothing but the world’s distaste, bitterness, and anger,
This is the meaning of intolerance.
A man glories in his dream of family and home.
Reveling in the unpretentious life of kids and a wife,
To find another man’s ambition was to steal his dream,
This is the meaning of tragedy.
These women and these men dancing in the rain like no one is watching,
